Sex and the City Eyes

Here I am trying to copy what Vonvon does in her beauty blog and obviously failing in a big way. That’s alright. I shall persevere!!!
First of all, this was taken AFTER the movie, not before and I was wearing a teal blue outfit so I attempted to wear some blue eye shadow and ATTEMPTED to create a mild smokey effect. FAIL.
I’ve used 2 shades only, no actually 3. First a layer of base colour (yellow gold) by Chanel, then allover with Prescriptives Sky Blue (I know, they have since left the country, can you imagine how old my eye make up is then?) and finally some dark shading with Chanel’s dark teal.
They say the eyes are the windows into the soul of a person and I tried very hard to look like Carrie Bradshaw but at the end of the day, I guess there’s just no running away from being boring old me with the slitty eyes. BAH.
